Sunflower Paving is a holding company owned and operated by a group of investors from the Topeka, Lawrence and Kansas City areas. Sunflower Paving operates two divisions: Sunflower Concrete and Asphalt Improvement Corporation. This group of individuals has many different backgrounds and business dealings that allow the company to have a unique perspective for our customers. Our goal is to be the best at what we do and we strive for quality before anything else.
