Asphalt Laborers and Operators
Description
- Seeking experienced laborers and operators in the field of asphalt paving.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Must have physical stamina and strength
- Must be able to work extended hours or work days
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Strong work ethic and motivated
- Well balanced and positive attitude
- Safety oriented

Estimator/Project Manager
Description
Seeking experienced estimator/project manager in the field of asphalt paving and site concrete construction for a full service paving company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Proficient in quantity take offs, estimating and management of projects
- Ability to read and interpret specificiations and plans
- Ability to secure and oversee projects from beginning to end
- Generate proposals, change orders, subcontracts and material supply contracts
- Works closely with and assists field personnel, managers/superintendents
- Self motivated with great attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to deal with multiple pressures and stress
- Clear demonstration of initiative, commitment and leadership capabilities
Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Engineering or Management (preferred), or other related field
- High level of understanding Estimating and Accounting
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Hard Dollar Estimating Software experience preferred)
- Strong negotiation and mathematical skills
- Strong work ethic
- Detail oriented and well organized
- Self confident and positive attitude
